CONCEPTUAL DESIGN Sketches and preliminary plans are created to provide a general idea of the design. The plans may include layout sketches, color concepts, and material proposals. 3D renderings can also be created to assist the client in visualizing the space. (1-3 weeks)

SCHEMATIC DESIGN In this phase, the focus is on creating more detailed plans, including layout plans, lighting plans, elevation plans, detailed furniture drawings, construction plans, etc. (1-3 weeks)

05Coordination.png

COORDINATION At this stage, the interior architect and construction contractors work together to ensure that all construction phases proceed smoothly. Material and furniture orders are also placed.

DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION: 
Layout plan: a document that presents the space layout plans, including measurements and proportions.
Moodboard: a document that presents an inspiration board for the design, including colors, textures, patterns, materials, etc.
3D visualizations: documents that present 3D images or videos of the project. • Meeting to discuss the details.

OBJECTIVE: Define the concept of your project, the style, and ambiance that suits you best.

DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION: 
Detailed plans: precise and scaled plans for each part of the project.
Elevation views: detailed drawings showing vertical cuts of project elements.
Technical specifications: documents detailing the technical specifications of materials and products used in the project.
Specifications document: a document describing the project requirements.
Preliminary quote: preparation of an initial document detailing the costs associated with the project.

CONSTRUCTION The site supervision phase is the final step in an interior architecture project. It involves monitoring the construction work on-site to ensure that everything progresses according to the plans and specifications established in the previous phases.

DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION: 
Final quote: all aspects of construction, installation, and decoration are approved. The search for all suppliers for materials and furniture is also completed.
Final schedule: a document indicating the start and end dates of each stage of the project.

OBJECTIVE: Coordinate all aspects of construction, installation,
and decoration.

DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION: 
Deliverables checklist: a document listing all deliverables for each stage of the project.
Summary of modifications: a document listing all changes made to the project following discussions with the client or changes in requirements.

OBJECTIVE: Ensure that everything is in accordance with the client's specifications and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
